Four arrested in drive-by shooting Wednesday night

Four men have been identified as being involved in the shooting of a home in the town of Rock Creek.
At 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, numerous rounds were shot from a vehicle into and at a house on 850th Street. None of the three people who were home at the time of the incident were injured.
Shortly after the incident, Spencer A. Weber, 19, of Durand, was taken into custody by Durand police and is currently in custody in the Dunn County Jail on charges of party to first degree reckless endangering safety.
Arrested early Thursday morning by Eau Claire police, James M. Hutter, 20, of Arkansaw was also faces the same charges. The suspect vehicle has been located and is in police custody.
The remaining two men — Johnathon M. Hutter, 18, of Arkansaw, and Tony A. Hurlburt, 19, of Durand — were reported to be at large and considered armed and dangerous until mid-afternoon on Thursday when Sheriff Dennis Smith reported they were taken into custody.
