Chippewa Falls to host Harley Owners Group Rally

During Aug. 20-22, Chippewa Falls will play host to the Wisconsin State Harley Owners Group Rally. This event will take place at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds.

More than 4,500 Harley Owners Group members are expected to attend. The State Rally will include bands, parades, bike shows, a welcome party, poker runs, scenic rides, and more.

The majority of activities are closed to the general public, but the community will have the opportunity to attend the free welcoming party on Thursday, Aug. 19 from 5-10 p.m. at Sport Motors Harley Davidson. The welcoming party will feature food, drink and music.

The public is also invited to come out and view the motorcycle parade which will take place at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21, in downtown Chippewa Falls. There will also be a fireworks display on Sunday, Aug. 22, at 10 p.m., which can be viewed from the Chippewa Falls baseball fields next to the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds.

Estimated economic impact of the Harley Owner Group Rally on the Chippewa Valley is $1 million dollars.
